Jason Zidle, the DALI Brand Manager for North America, been swimming in the deep end of the audio pool since he was knee-high to a subwoofer. Born with headphones on and a turntable for a crib mobile, Jason’s destiny in the industry was sealed the moment he blew his first speaker. From his first job as a tween at the local audio store to developing and marketing hundreds of products for over a dozen premium, global brands, Jason has seen and done it all. He’s weathered the storms of audiophile debates, survived the battles of format wars, and emerged victorious from the battlefields of analog vs. digital. Today, Jason continues to spread the gospel of great sound to all who will listen as the brand manager for DALI Loudspeakers. So, if you ever find yourself in need of advice on monitors, towers, in-ceilings, or anything in between, chances are Jason has your answers.

Meet Thomas Knudsen of DALI Loudspeakers. With decades of experience representing DALI around the world, Thomas is one of the most knowledgeable and recognizable voices behind the DALI brand. As a Senior Sales Manager, Thomas combines deep technical knowledge with a
genuine passion for music and high performance audio. He has been instrumental in introducing DALI’s latest innovations—including KORE and EPIKORE—to markets around the globe, and is a familiar face at major audio shows and dealerevents. Join Thomas for an engaging look

Justin Brown has been in the audio business since he was 17, when he landed his first job in the stockroom of a stereo shop after developing an early obsession with home theatre and hi-fi. Ironically, that journey began after a high-end dealer decided a teenage Justin probably couldn’t afford anything and declined to give him a demonstration. Another shop did—and eventually hired him. He’s been in the industry ever since.

That early experience also shaped something Justin still believes strongly today: great audio should be an inclusive hobby. Whether someone is buying their first real stereo or building the system they’ve dreamed about for decades, everyone deserves the opportunity to listen, ask questions, and discover what genuinely moves them.

In January, that career brought Justin to MOON as National Account Manager, representing the brand across Canada—with the exception of Quebec (Justin has a spectacularly inadequate command of the French language). His relationship with MOON predates the job by quite a bit: he’s owned and enjoyed MOON electronics in his own system since 2015.

His musical tastes are best described as a dog’s break fast—if it lets him sit back, close his eyes, and get lost in the music, it’s probably fair game. God Shuffled His Feet by Crash Test Dummies remains a longtime favorite.

Originally from Bay Roberts, Newfoundland, Justin is a moderately okay pool player, pellet-grill enthusiast, and fan of smoky single-malt whisky—apparently, he likes smoke in both his food and his glass. He’s also a roller-coaster enthusiast who, somewhat inexplicably, is terrified of heights.
